*OUR SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND WEDNESDAY FOR NEXT DAY ARRIVAL. WE HAVE FOUND THAT THIS METHOD PROVIDES THE MAXIMUM HEALTH FOR OUR ANIMALS. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON THE NEXT AVAILABLE SHIPPING DAY UNLESS THE DATE PICKER FUNCTION IS USED AT CHECKOUT AND A SPECIFIC DATE IS SELECTED. (EX: ORDERS PLACED ON MONDAY WILL SHIP TUESDAY FOR WEDNESDAY ARRIVAL. ORDERS PLACED ON TUESDAY WILL SHIP WEDNESDAY FOR THURSDAY ARRIVAL. ORDERS PLACED WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY WILL SHIP ON MONDAY FOR TUESDAY ARRIVAL). IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DAY, YOU WANT IT TO ARRIVE, PLEASE LET US KNOW. IF IT IS MORE THAN 7 DAYS OUT, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER.

ORDER CUTOFF TIME IS 11AM MST FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING.

WE DO NOT SHIP FOR FRIDAY OR SATURDAY ARRIVAL AS A DELAY WILL RESULT IN THE PACKAGE BEING HELD OVER THE WEEKEND.

Orders under $100 are subject to be cancelled depending on the items selected and the associated shipping costs. If this is the case, we will reach out to you to give you the opportunity to add on to your order before cancelling. If you do not respond by the next shipping day at 11:00 AM Arizona time, your order will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to the time it has shipped. Once a tracking number is assigned to your order, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.

REMINDER:
