*OUR SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND WEDNESDAY FOR NEXT DAY ARRIVAL. WE HAVE FOUND THAT THIS METHOD PROVIDES THE MAXIMUM HEALTH FOR OUR ANIMALS. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON THE NEXT AVAILABLE SHIPPING DAY. (EX: ORDERS PLACED ON MONDAY WILL SHIP TUESDAY FOR WEDNESDAY ARRIVAL. ORDERS PLACED ON TUESDAY WILL SHIP WEDNESDAY FOR THURSDAY ARRIVAL. ORDERS PLACED WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY WILL SHIP ON MONDAY FOR TUESDAY ARRIVAL). IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DAY, YOU WANT IT TO ARRIVE, PLEASE LET US KNOW. IF IT IS MORE THAN 7 DAYS OUT, WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT ORDER.

CLAIMS WILL BE COMPENSATED IN THE FORM OF CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS; SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT COVERED IN THIS AND ARE FINAL. LEAVE ALL ANIMALS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THEY ARRIVED. DO NOT REMOVE THEM FROM FRAG PLUGS OR DISCARD THEM UNTIL WE APPROVE OF THE CLAIM.

*UPS delays due to weather or mechanical failure which result in loss may not be covered under our guarantee.

* For DOA Claims:

It is required that photos or videos be submitted via email to sales@aquariumartsarizona.com within 2 hours of the posted delivery time.

If this does not occur, DOA claims will be denied. We strongly advise that you have your corals held at the nearest delivery hub for pick up. In some situations, we may require it.

Orders under $100 are subject to be cancelled depending on the items selected and the associated shipping costs. If this is the case, we will reach out to you to give you the opportunity to add on to your order before cancelling. If you do not respond by the next shipping day at 11:00 AM Arizona time, your order will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to the time it has shipped. Once a tracking number is assigned to your order, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.
