The Picasso Clownfish is a stunning designer variation of the Percula Clownfish, known for its irregular and bold white markings that make each fish truly unique. Selectively bred for its striking patterns, some individuals display more extreme barring than others, giving them an artistic, one-of-a-kind appearance.

Size:
Grows to a maximum size of approximately 3 inches.

Aquarium Size:
A minimum tank size of 20 gallons is recommended, though larger setups provide more stability and swimming space.

Temperament:
Peaceful and well-suited for community aquariums. They may establish a hierarchy within pairs or small groups, with the dominant individual becoming female.

Reef Compatibility:
Completely reef-safe and will not harm corals or invertebrates. They often form symbiotic relationships with anemones but do not require one to thrive.

Diet:
Thrives on a varied diet, including high-quality marine pellets, frozen mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood.

Tank Setup & Care:

  • Can be kept singly, in pairs, or in small groups with a clear dominance structure.
  • May host in anemones such as Bubble Tip Anemones (Entacmaea quadricolor).
  • Prefers an aquarium with live rock for shelter and grazing.
