The Wyoming White Clownfish is a stunning designer variant of the Ocellaris Clownfish, known for its nearly solid white body accented by deep orange face markings and dark-edged fins. This selectively bred variety is highly sought after for its clean, bold coloration and unique appearance, making it a standout addition to any marine aquarium.
Size:
Grows to a maximum size of approximately 3 inches.
Aquarium Size:
A minimum tank size of 20 gallons is recommended, though larger setups provide more stability and swimming space.
Temperament:
Peaceful and well-suited for community aquariums. They may establish a hierarchy within pairs or small groups, with the dominant individual becoming female.
Reef Compatibility:
Completely reef-safe and will not harm corals or invertebrates. They often form symbiotic relationships with anemones but do not require one to thrive.
Diet:
Thrives on a varied diet, including high-quality marine pellets, frozen mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood.
Tank Setup & Care:
- Can be kept singly, in pairs, or in small groups with a clear dominance structure.
- May host in anemones such as Bubble Tip Anemones (Entacmaea quadricolor).
- Prefers an aquarium with live rock for shelter and grazing.
